Staff & Teacher Grants Awarded

Bright Minds is pleased to announce that 18 Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) educators have been awarded nearly $25,000 in grants from Bright Minds that will fund classroom and instructional projects focused on student engagement and wellbeing during the 2022-2023 school year. Projects will be delivered in 29 HCPSS schools.

These grants are offered in recognition of HCPSS educators as incredible resources to identify innovative instructional approaches that address unique community or classroom needs and enhance student learning. Bright Minds Classroom Innovation Project grants seek to support student success, enrich teaching practices, strengthen school communities, and pilot important classroom and school projects. This year’s grants are made possible by generous funding received by Bright Minds from The Kahlert Foundation.
