We are happy to welcome Mark Robins, our newest member of the Board of Directors at Bright Minds!
Mark Robins CPA, is a partner in Aprio nonprofit’s assurance practice. Aprio is a business advisory and accounting firm. Robins has 15 years of experience in public accounting and works with nonprofit organizations. His expertise includes financial reporting, auditing, and compliance. As an avid reader of technical accounting literature, Robins has a passion for the accounting profession and teaching others. He has led multiple internal and external trainings, and has presented in multiple firm and third party sponsored webinars and conferences.
As a new board member for the Bright Minds Foundation, Mark looks forward to contributing his nonprofit accounting skills and expertise to the organization and assisting Bright Minds with financial reporting. He previously served on the board of Cornerstone Montgomery, a nonprofit organization that serves adults and transition aged youth, for nine years as audit committee chair. Mark is also an HCPSS graduate of River Hill High School.
