Since 2019, Bright Minds Foundation has been honored to bring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to children in Howard County. With support from the Howard County Government, the Nora Roberts Foundation, and many generous donors, more than 4,000 children received almost 100,000 free, high-quality books in the mail.

At this time, Bright Minds is no longer able to offer the Imagination Library program in Howard County. Families are not able to enroll for new registrations through our site. Please sign up on the Dolly Parton Imagination Library site to be notified if the program is reestablished in your zip code.
