Read With Me

Arriving at elementary school ready to learn is invaluable to all children, as delays in the early years of education can be difficult to overcome.

Bright Minds is Howard County’s sponsor for Read With Me • Howard County, a school readiness program affiliated with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Each month, participating children from birth to age five receive an age-appropriate book through the mail. The program’s goal is for parents and family members to read regularly to children to develop their love of learning.
